The digital revolution has transformed our lives—but not everyone has been invited to the table. At Trinet Technologies, we are committed to ensuring that no one is left behind. Digital inclusion is not just a CSR goal for us—it is a critical part of our mission to use technology for good. Whether it’s navigating healthcare systems, applying for jobs, or accessing education, basic digital skills are now essential. Unfortunately, vulnerable populations, particularly in rural and underserved regions, often lack access to even the most fundamental tools and training.
In collaboration with Swasthya Sarthak Foundation, a non-profit working in central India, we launched targeted digital literacy programs that focus on marginalized groups, enabling them to participate fully in the opportunities of the digital economy.
Scaling Impact through Inclusive Education
Through our Trinet DigiAccess Program, we have reached over 3.4 million beneficiaries in 2024 alone. Our initiative provides access to devices, internet-enabled classrooms, and training in core digital competencies. These programs are tailored to suit women, school dropouts, youth in rural areas, and even elderly citizens eager to learn how to navigate a digital-first world.
We are not just teaching digital tools—we are unlocking confidence, dignity, and pathways to lifelong learning.
Opening Doors to Tech Careers through Trinet Digital Academies
Our network of Trinet Digital Academies is dedicated to transforming lives. With over 55 academies across India and Southeast Asia, we focus on delivering IT and IT-enabled skills to disadvantaged individuals. This includes hands-on training in coding, cloud computing, UI/UX design, and more.
In 2024, we hired over 6,100 graduates directly from these academies—including 500 rural women from Chhattisgarh and Odisha, trained through a special scholarship program. These graduates now contribute across Trinet’s software engineering and cloud operations teams.
“Digital transformation must benefit all—not just the privileged. At Trinet Technologies, we see it as our duty to create access, empower individuals, and equip entire communities with the digital skills they need to thrive.”
Using Technology to Solve Real-World Problems
At Trinet Technologies, our Tech4All Initiative encourages our employees to leverage their technical skills to co-create solutions that address local social and environmental issues. From AI-based disaster response dashboards for flood-prone regions to blockchain-enabled land rights management systems, we are redefining what it means to innovate for impact.
Annual innovation challenges, ideathons, and community tech labs are part of our internal volunteer culture that fuels sustainable progress.
