Farhan Khan: Junior Web Developer

How did I discover Trinet Technologies?

When I started as a Junior Web Developer at Trinet Technologies two years ago, I wasn’t sure how soon I’d get to work on real production code. But within just a few weeks, I was already writing components, pushing changes, and collaborating with designers to improve user experiences.

Most of my time is spent building user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, often with React. I also help fix bugs, optimize pages for speed and accessibility, and support integration with backend APIs.

What makes this role exciting is the variety. One day I’m styling components, the next I’m learning about performance issues or improving mobile responsiveness. With every task, I grow as a developer, learning to write code that’s both clean and functional.

It’s not just about front-end code; it’s about understanding how people interact with our products and making that interaction as smooth as possible.

I don’t have any such hobbies to tell, but I love watching anime. It surely is my escape from reality. Watching anime just lifts up my mood and I cannot feel any better.

Working at Trinet has helped me gain confidence and sharpen my skills, and I’m excited to keep growing in this role.

“I didn’t expect to be writing real production code so soon, but Trinet trusted me from the start.”
