I joined Trinet Technologies about a year ago after clearing their Capstone Exam, followed by a 15-day training program. The training was fast-paced and sometimes challenging, but it helped me learn many new skills quickly and prepared me well for my role.
As a Junior Software Tester, my main job is to carefully check the software for bugs or errors before it reaches customers. I enjoy this work because I like solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly. It feels good to know that my work helps provide a better experience for users.
What I appreciate most about Trinet is the friendly and supportive work environment. Even though I’m still new, my team listens to my ideas and helps me grow every day. The seniors guide me patiently, and that makes learning much easier.
One of the things that keeps me happy and relaxed outside work is my sweet little kitten, Miko. Playing with her helps me forget all my worries. I also enjoy painting whenever I get the chance. It’s a way for me to express my creativity and relax my mind after a busy day.
If I could give advice to anyone who wants to join Trinet or start a career in technology, I would say: Be ready to learn and don’t hesitate to ask questions. The Capstone Exam and training might be tough, but with hard work and support, you can succeed.
Joining Trinet through the Capstone Exam was just the beginning of my career. I’m excited to keep learning, improving my skills, and growing with the company.
