Joining Trinet Technologies as a Data Analyst gave me the chance to turn raw data into meaningful insights. I work closely with different teams to analyze trends, create reports, and support important business decisions.
Before Trinet, I had a tough time during the COVID layoff and felt stressed about my career. That’s when I heard about the Trinet Capstone Exam. I gave it my best, cleared it, and got selected. This opportunity changed my path.
My typical day involves collecting, cleaning, and interpreting large data sets to find patterns. I build dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau. I also collaborate with business and product teams to define metrics that matter. For analysis and automation, I rely on SQL, Python, and Excel. Finally, I present actionable insights to stakeholders that help guide strategy.
What I love about Trinet is how much they value data-driven thinking. It’s a place where numbers tell stories and make a real impact.
Outside work, I’m a die-hard Harry Potter fan – keeping my innocent and adventurous side alive. From watching movies to reading Rowling’s novels, I know every bit of Harry Potter. Apart from this, I also enjoy watching and playing tennis, and if you offer me butter chicken, I’m definitely in!
