What does your role as a Data Scientist at Trinet Technologies involve?
At Trinet Technologies, my role as a Data Scientist is all about turning raw data into actionable insights that help businesses make smarter decisions. I analyze large datasets to spot trends and patterns and build machine learning models using tools like Python’s scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy. Whether it’s classification, regression, or clustering problems, I dive into the data to find answers. I also write scripts to automate repetitive tasks and use SQL to handle structured data.
Collaborating with product managers and engineers is a big part of my job, and I need to make sure the insights I find are clear and useful for everyone, not just the data team. Working here has pushed me to grow fast, especially since I’ve contributed to some high-end projects involving AI-powered solutions that real clients rely on.
How do you keep growing and what are your interests outside work?
Trinet really supports learning. With free access to Udemy and Coursera, I’ve been able to keep sharpening my skills and stay up to date with the latest in data science and AI.
Outside the office, I’m a huge fan of Ronaldo and Virat Kohli, and their mindset really inspires me to push my limits. When I want to relax, I play FIFA or spend time in nature. I make it a point to go on at least one adventure sport trip every year to recharge. At home, I have a Labrador named Shotgun who’s my loyal buddy.
Recently, I was honored with the “Most Attractive Personality” award at Trinet, which was a fun and proud moment that reflects the positive energy I bring to the team.
