Application Shortlisting

We are a leading employer on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and more. Our hiring team regularly reviews profiles to find the right fit for our job roles. Your application has been shortlisted from one of these platforms.

After shortlisting, our team will check your profile and contact you soon by email and WhatsApp.

Before your interview

Finding the right job role: During shortlisting, we check how well your skills match our current job openings. We will inform you about the next steps, like scheduling an interview, through email and WhatsApp.

Telephonic interview​

During the interview, our HR manager will assess your cultural fit, communication skills, and relevant experience. We’ll also guide you through Trinet’s Capstone Exam and registration process.

Hiring preparation module

After you register, you’ll gain access to our Capstone Preparation Module immediately. This includes everything you need to get a job at Trinet Technologies:

  • Practice questions
  • Syllabus outline
  • Exam guide
  • Capstone Courses

Trinet Capstone Exam

Once you receive your exam credentials, you have 48 hours to attempt the first round of the Capstone Exam.

The exam consists of two rounds:

  • Technical Round
  • Subjective Round

Yes. We provide laptops to employees after the offer letter formalities are completed. This ensures that you have the necessary resources to begin your role effectively.

No, you don’t have to sign any bond for the job.

A notice period of up to 90 days is acceptable during the offer letter process and won’t affect your application.
