Capstone Internship Program
The Capstone Internship at Trinet Technologies is a fully remote research-based program designed for students who want to work on real-world technology challenges—right from the comfort of their homes. Interns collaborate with senior mentors, access enterprise-scale datasets, and contribute to meaningful innovations across industries. Internships are offered for two durations: 6–8 weeks (short term) and 16–18 weeks (long term), with flexible scheduling available.
We welcome students pursuing B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., M.S., or Ph.D. degrees across Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and allied fields. We also encourage applicants from behavioral sciences, game theory, design, economics, and psychology where their work supports tech-driven innovation.
Strong communication skills, a consistent academic record, and a genuine passion for solving real-world problems—these are the traits we look for.
As a Capstone intern at Trinet Technologies, your key responsibilities include:
- Researching industry problems and designing innovative tech solutions
- Developing prototypes and tools using real datasets
- Participating in remote brainstorming, sprint planning, and demo sessions
- Contributing to internal research papers and knowledge docs
- Attending virtual learning sessions, workshops, and feedback reviews
- Sharing weekly updates and learnings with your assigned mentor
