Meet Varsha Wagh, who joined Trinet Technologies in July after a journey filled with both challenges and perseverance. Before becoming a part of Trinet, Varsha had faced setbacks as she was rejected in Capgemini’s gamification round and Wipro’s aptitude test. These experiences initially made her nervous, especially when it came to attempting the Capstone Exam. But with the right guidance and support from Trinet’s exam mentors, she gained the confidence she needed to succeed. Today, Varsha’s story stands as a reminder that rejections are not the end, but stepping stones to finding the right opportunity.
