The Challenge
Svasthya’s original technology stack was built on a monolithic architecture hosted on a mix of local servers and basic cloud storage. Our Approach
Trinet Technologies took a consultative and strategic approach to completely reimagine Svasthya’s infrastructure. Instead of simply lifting and shifting to a new environment, we started by analyzing user behavior patterns, regional traffic surges, and API dependencies across modules. With these insights, we designed a microservices-based cloud-native architecture tailored for healthcare operations.
The system was migrated to a highly available and secure multi-region cloud environment using AWS. We containerized key services for independent scaling, embedded advanced monitoring tools with AI-based anomaly detection, and implemented a robust disaster recovery framework to ensure seamless operations even in case of outages. Security was rebuilt from the ground up, with end-to-end encryption, role-based access control, compliance audit logging, and a future-proof data protection strategy aligned with HIPAA and local guidelines.
In parallel, we enabled continuous integration pipelines to allow their internal development team to release updates faster and more securely. We trained their internal IT staff to monitor performance in real-time and introduced observability dashboards to give management complete visibility into the health of their infrastructure at any given time.
